Five Element wellness center celebrates first anniversary in Coral Springs
Coral Springs, Florida – Dr. Monique Gusmao-Rodriguez and her mother, Rita, last year opened Five Element Wellness Center in Coral Springs, which offers acupuncture, pain management, cosmetic treatments, and other “interactive medicine services.”
On Friday, they joined dozens of business owners, staff members, and friends in officially opening the center at 10251 West Sample Road. “It’s so exciting. It took us a long time to get here,” Dr. Gusmao-Rodriguez said after a ribbon-cutting ceremony organized by Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce.
The center relocated to Coral Springs last year, drawn to the growing city known for young families, after operating in Sunrise and then Tamarac for more than 20 years, she said.
Five Element Wellness Center also has a Weston location.
At the ceremony, the mother-and-daughter team gave tours of the center which also specializes in weight loss, fertility therapy, homeopathic injections, and other services.
Florida Rep. Christine Hunschofsky was among the dignitaries who attended. “Congratulations on your one-year anniversary,” she said. “Thank you for investing in this community and living in this community. We wish you much-continued success.”
