Fire in Davie, a 57-year-old woman hospitalized with burns

Davie, Florida – According to authorities, a woman was hospitalized in Broward Health Medical Center after a fire erupted inside a mobile home in Davie.

Monday morning the fire was reported around 10 a.m. at 5258 SW 32nd St.

According to Davie Fire Rescue officials, a 57-year-old woman suffered burns from the fire.

At this time the information about her condition has not been released.

The cause of the blaze remains under investigation, however, it is believed that the fire started in the kitchen area.
