Miami, Florida – According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, just before 12:30 a.m., a large group of migrants arrived near the gated Ocean Reef community.

According to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue which sent 11 units after getting a report of a vessel that may have capsized, the vessel had more than 100 people on board, with around 20 people needing medical evaluation and attention.

Three buses were used to transport the migrants to a holding facility, U.S. Customs and Border Protection said.
