Coral Springs, Florida – After it was torn down and rebuilt, the Publix store on Wiles Road and Riverside Drive in Coral Springs is going to reopen on Jan. 27, a spokeswoman said Thursday.
The new 46,811-square-feet store at 8160 Wiles Road has been in construction for just under a year after closing last February.
According to plans submitted to Coral Springs, another Publix store in Coral Springs, at Ramblewood Square shopping center at University Drive and Ramblewood Drive will be part of that plaza’s redevelopment.
What will happen to that Publix store exactly isn’t clear yet.
The Ramblewood Square Publix store has no date yet for any work, Publix spokeswoman Robyn Hankerson-Printemps said.
