In late 2024, a new culinary experience will be introduced to Coral Springs by Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian

Coral Springs, Florida – Under the same ownership, Tavolino Della Notte, a Coral Springs mainstay since 2012, will be replaced with a new eatery.

Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian will debut in Coral Springs in late 2024 under the ownership of Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli’s P. Hospitality business.

Eddie & Vinny’s, located at 10181 West Sample Road, will serve seasonal, fresh food with a Mediterranean influence. Along with a variety of Italian classics, the idea will provide a wine locker program, a big wine list, and live entertainment.

Eddie said in a statement that they were passionate about this endeavor. It pays homage to every Eddie and Vinny in their family while fusing contemporary art with their family heritage.

“We are thrilled to highlight the amazing cuisine, wines, and mixed drinks that originate from the Italian coast—one of our favorite spots on earth.”

In 2012, the couple started working with Eddie Pozzuoli Sr. at Tavolino Della Notte, and their fresh perspectives helped the Coral Springs restaurant become well-known.

The Pozzuolis made the decision to redesign the area with a new concept that reflected their family history and background in the restaurant business when Tavolino closed in March 2024.

The 230-seat venue will have contemporary and Mediterranean design elements. The plan will have a dining room with a view of the kitchen, a bar and lounge with live entertainment capabilities, and more. Along with black ceilings and gold pendant lighting, the design will include individual wine lockers for the restaurant’s wine membership program.

Eddie & Vinny’s culinary crew will be led by award-winning chef and industry veteran Jeff Tunks.

The menu is being developed and will feature items like Lobster Linguine Fra Diavolo, Steamed PEI Mussels “Sorrento,” and Blue Crab Bruschetta.

There will be a variety of entrée options, such as Tuscan Cowboy Ribeye Steak and Local Yellowtail Livornese, in addition to seafood. There will also be wines, cocktails, desserts, and classic Italian cuisine available.

It is anticipated that the restaurant will welcome guests in late 2024.
