Coral Springs, Florida – Wednesday, the intersection in downtown Coral Springs was closed for hours after a four-car crash that left two people injured.
According to police, the crash happened at Sample Road and University Drive shortly after 10:30 am.
Coral Springs Police Department spokesman Sgt. Ernesto Bruna said that one of the cars hit a light pole, and trucks were brought in to repair the pole.
He said two people in the crash were transported to Broward Health Coral Springs with non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
