Paralympic cyclist heading to Tokyo Paralympics games

Pembroke Pines, Florida – A man who lost his arm in a motorcycle accident is preparing for a very important sports achievement.

Walter Grant-Stuart is planning to take part in the Tokyo Paralympics next week.

Grant-Stuart is a bicyclist, no matter what he’s having only one arm.

Grant-Stuart is finishing training with his coach here in South Florida before heading to Japan.

Saturday he rides from Pembroke Pines to Sunrise, and back together with 50 other cyclists.

They are raising awareness about a fundraiser created to get Grant-Stuart new equipment ahead of the big tournament on Tuesday.

Besides he is an avid cyclist, Grant-Stuart is also a firefighter in his native.
