Parkland Democratic Club of Coral Springs endorses Kamala Harris for President

Coral Springs, Florida – On Monday, the Coral Springs-Parkland Democratic Club supported Kamala Harris for the US presidency, one day after Joe Biden withdrew his candidacy for reelection and endorsed his lieutenant governor.

The CSPDC “is firmly standing with and supporting Vice President Kamala Harris to be the Democratic Nominee for President,” the organization said in an email and Facebook post. “Our mission remains the same: Keep Donald Trump out of the White House.”

The post urged voters to join the club in “honoring President Biden by respecting his decision and uniting behind his pick … We’ve got three months to make history, and we sure hope you’re with us!”

An event to canvass the area for Harris will take place on July 27 from six to eight o’clock, and it will be hosted by the club and other groups. Those who are canvassing will get together at a nearby restaurant at 8:30 p.m. for some light snacks.

The canvassing effort can be registered for by going to the following website: https://www.mobilize.us/2024flvictory/event/650831/

CSPDC President Amber Vaughan can be reached by email at cspkdcpresident@gmail.com for any more information needs.
