Coral Springs, Florida – Second medical marijuana dispensary in Coral Springs got its first approval to open in a strip mall on West Atlantic Boulevard.
Under a city ordinance approved in 2019, medical marijuana facilities are allowed to operate in Coral Springs as long as they meet strict zoning and operations requirements and are approved by the commission.
The company’s plans to open will be reviewed by the city’s planning and zoning board on Monday and discussed at a public hearing during the Aug. 18 city commission meeting.
The company has more than 80 dispensaries across the nation, including Fort Lauderdale, Deerfield Beach, and Delray Beach.
The other medical marijuana dispensary in Coral Springs is Fluent at 1406 North University Drive.
