Tropical storm watch issued for coastal Broward

Broward County, Florida – Due to Tropical Depression 19, a tropical storm watch has been issued for coastal Broward County.

Winds of 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph are possible over the next 48 hours. No storm surge is predicted.

The storm is expected to head west over Florida and into the Gulf of Mexico.
