The Rotary Club Hosts Casino Night for Parkland 17 Memorial Foundation
Coral Springs, Florida – The Parkland 17 Memorial Foundation will profit from a casino night fundraiser organized by the Coral Springs-Parkland Rotary Club.
The 150-acre park that borders Coral Springs and Parkland will house the memorial, which aims to bring the impacted communities together.
The Parkland 17 Memorial Foundation’s Vice Chairman, Tony Montalto, who is also Gina’s father and the family contact for the families of all the victims, expressed his immense gratitude to the Coral Springs/Parkland Rotary Club for designating our foundation as a beneficiary of their campaign. “Their support will help us continue our mission of advocating for safer schools and communities and provide support for the Parkland 17 Memorial.”
The new memorial located on the site of the former Heron Bay Golf Course is being funded by the Parkland 17 Memorial Foundation. The memorial, which is open to the public, will offer a space for people to come together, remember, and consider those who were taken from their families and our community.
A great buffet supper, beverages, a silent auction, a raffle, and a variety of casino games like blackjack, poker, and roulette will all be featured during the evening. Everyone has the chance to play, regardless of skill level—whether they are novices at blackjack or seasoned poker players.
The event will take place in the Parkland Golf & Country Club’s main room on Friday, May 10, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Individual tickets start at $100 each, and sponsorship packages are available, according to the Rotary Club. In Parkland, the Parkland Golf & Country Club can be found at 10001 Old Club Road.
