On May 16, Better Together and New Springs Church will hold a job fair

Coral Springs, Florida – This month, Coral Springs companies and job searchers have a fresh chance.
Joining forces with New Springs Church, Better Together, a nonprofit committed to building stronger families and communities, will hold a community job fair on Thursday, May 16, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Coral Springs Church, which is situated at 11464 W. Sample Road in Coral Springs.
Through the provision of useful tools to support job search efforts, the event seeks to link job seekers with area firms who are actively seeking new hires.
Hiring employers and job seekers can now register. Those who are interested can register by texting “JOBS” to 844-987-3949 or by visiting BetterTogetherUS.org/Events/CSprings-JF website.
Coca-Cola, First Citizens Bank, and Broward County are a few of the employers.
The free one-on-one job coaching sessions that job seekers can take advantage of are one of the job fair’s most notable aspects. Attendees will gain a competitive advantage in the job market by attending these seminars, which will concentrate on résumé reviews and interview skills improvement.
In addition, a range of on-site support services will be offered to help job seekers in their search for employment.
As a component of their “Better Jobs” initiative, Better Together hosts neighborhood job fairs that have facilitated over 39,000 job seekers in 22 states find jobs.
Two-thirds of participants in past job fairs secured interviews, and one in four received job offers immediately, according to Better Together. After visiting a Better Together job fair, an astounding 70% of job seekers are able to secure employment within six weeks.
