2 dead and 3 injured in 2 separate incidents within minutes

Miami – Dade County, Florida – According to the police reports, in a drive-by shooting in Northwest Miami-Dade on Sunday one person was left dead and couple of minutes later another person was killed in a drive-by shooting in Opa Locka.
Police believes shootings are not related incidents.
Officers initially responded to a ShotSpotter alert at Northwest 61st Street and Northwest 31st Avenue short after 8 p.m.
One person was found dead at the scene and two others with gunshots wounds were transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center.
The other incident was in an apartment complex along Sharazard Boulevard near Northwest 27th Ave in Opa-Locka where two people were shot with gun.
Officers were on scene around 8:12 p.m. to find one person dead and one with gunshot wounds. The injured person was immediately airlifted to Ryder Trauma Center.
