The weekend will be filled with live entertainment, such as DJ sets and musical performances.
Participants have the opportunity to win cash prizes through a raffle drawing: the grand prize is worth $1,500, the first prize is worth $1,000, and the second prize is worth $500. Each raffle ticket is $5, and the winners will be revealed at the event.

Businesses and individuals who wish to promote this important event can do so through sponsorship opportunities. The success of the carnival is the primary goal of all sponsorship money, and the kindness of sponsors is essential to making sure that guests have an unforgettable time.
The carnival’s operations also depend heavily on volunteers. The committee is looking for volunteers to assist with a variety of tasks, such as arranging food services, scheduling entertainment, and reaching out to sponsors. Every volunteer needs to be fingerprinted and undergo Virtus training. Online forms are available for anyone who are interested, with versions tailored to general volunteers, parking attendants, and cooks.
Donations are being welcomed for a number of causes, including themed lottery baskets like “Cocktail Hour,” “Beach/Pool Fun Time,” “Pamper Me,” and “Sweet Tooth.” To make these baskets, the carnival committee also looks for supplies like ribbons, tissue paper, cellophane, and gift cards.
