On August 8, Crunch Fitness will celebrate its grand opening

Coral Springs, Florida – A second Crunch workout location, offering a variety of workout options to exercise aficionados, is scheduled to open in Coral Springs.
Sip, Sip Hooray, the inaugural party, will take place on Thursday, August 8, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
On August 10, the gym officially opens at 5631 Coral Ridge Drive.
Joining Crunch gives members access to a variety of fitness and wellness programs, the newest exercise equipment, weightlifting, yoga, and Pilates, as well as the support of knowledgeable and amiable teachers.
The assistant general manager, Maxwell Hunsucker, claims that the workout classes have a nonjudgmental attitude. The instructors are kind and motivated to support students in reaching their fitness objectives.
Crunch offers a variety of well-liked fitness regimens, each with a distinct emphasis. High-intensity interval training, or HIITZone, helps users burn calories, build muscle, decrease body fat, and speed up their metabolism.
Another program that includes high-intensity drill-based cardio activities is called AccelerateHIIT. PunchHIIT is an intense exercise program influenced by boxing and martial arts. StrongHIIT emphasizes strength and power to tone the body. Lastly, ExtremeHIIT is regarded as Crunch’s most taxing course.
“We want our gym to be a comfortable place to work out, and our instructors are supportive of that,” she continued.
Crunch provides a range of membership packages, with basic gym access costing $9.99 per month and peak membership costing $29.99 per month.
