On December 7 and 8, Sawgrass Nature Center will host its annual Orchid & Plant Festival

Coral Springs, Florida – At the Sawgrass Nature Center & Wildlife Hospital’s Orchid & Plant Festival, orchid and tropical plant lovers can indulge their enthusiasm.
The annual event honors the beauty and charm of the orchid, a flower that has been valued for generations as a symbol of love. It will take place at 3000 Sportsplex Drive in Coral Springs on Saturday, December 7, and Sunday, December 8, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Attendees may anticipate a large assortment of orchids and other tropical plants this year, along with knowledgeable advice on how to take care of these delicate beauties.
By buying tickets in advance, visitors can take advantage of exclusive savings. Tickets at the gate cost $8, while early bird tickets set you back $6.
Attendees can enjoy the festival atmosphere all weekend long with a $10 two-day pass.
Youngsters under five are admitted free of charge. Please be aware that pets are not permitted at this event.
The Sawgrass Nature Center & Wildlife Hospital, which offers vital environmental education programs centered on the distinctive ecosystems of South Florida, particularly the Everglades, will benefit from all festival earnings.
Furthermore, the hospital provides free medical care to more than 1,400 injured and orphaned native animals annually.
