U.S. Development reveals plans for Salato, an ultra-luxury development in Pompano Beach

U.S. Development has revealed its plans for a new ultra-luxury development in Pompano Beach, Salato, located just off the ocean at 305 Briny Ave. This new development will consist of 40 private residences, including six penthouses, designed by Randall Stofft Architects with interiors by Steven G. The Salato features large floor-to-ceiling windows that offer beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean, direct beach access, and a massive amenity deck that spans over 20,000 square feet.
The CEO of U.S. Development, John Farina, stated that the Salato was designed to create the ultimate intimate living experience, but with all the amenities you would find in much larger condo projects. The aim was to maximize privacy while still providing a resort-style experience. The 40 private residences range from 2,106 square feet to 3,354 square feet and were designed to feel like luxury resorts with open floorplans, extra-wide living spaces, and 14-foot-deep terraces that range from 320 square feet to 746 square feet. All residences are three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathrooms.
Salato also features a range of amenities that include an ocean-view pool and spa with a separate wet deck and loungers, a poolside lounge suite with a bar and private wine lockers, dry saunas and steam showers, a massage room, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an owner’s lounge with juice and nutrition bar, plus an event room with a private catering kitchen.
The Salato development was created to provide an intimate living experience with the amenities found in larger condo projects. The location is in Pompano Beach, which John Farina believes is the most underrated beach in South Florida with a unique vibe. The Briny Avenue location of Salato is just steps away from the Pompano Pier with direct beach access and is possibly the best location in the entire city.
IMI Living is responsible for the sales and marketing of the Salato development, and Thomas Liepman, the Director of Sales, stated that the Salato is a blend of ultra-luxury living with resort-quality amenities in a cozy beach town. The development offers access to one of the most beautiful beaches in South Florida, with endless options for dining and entertainment.
