Coral Springs elementary school recognized by a learning platform for its highest distinction
Coral Springs, Florida – According to a release from Broward County Public Schools, Westchester Elementary School was named 2020/21 Imagine Nation Beacon School Award by Imagine Learning, a pre-K – 8th-grade digital curriculum and assessment language development platform.
According to the release, it earned the distinction for implementing the Imagine Learning math curriculum.
Another school that was also recognized for implementing the Imagine Learning Language and Literacy program is Meadowbrook Elementary School in Fort Lauderdale.
According to the release, the schools were nominated by their Imagine Learning teams “for their above-and-beyond enthusiasm and innovative use of Imagine Learning tools with their staff and student body.”
The release says the factors that made these schools stand-outs in the program include “high levels of student engagement, use of the program with fidelity throughout the school year, high levels of teacher and administration engagement, effective implementation and innovation, encouragement or rewards for good partner relationships, and students showing academic growth”.
