Coral Springs welcomes 1st baby of the New Year

Coral Springs, Florida – Coral Springs has its first New Year’s baby.
On Jan. 1, 2022, a 6-pound, 11-ounce beauty, A’zuri Wallace was born at Broward Health Coral Springs.
The health care provider released footage of her adoring parents spending time with their cooing bundle of joy, on Saturday.
“We were calling everyone saying, Happy New Year, Zuri is here,” said her mother, Soyeni Medley, of Margate, who with father Philemon Wallace welcomed A’zuri at 12:01 a.m.
According to Fara Arca, Public Relations Coordinator for Broward Health, little “Zuri” has two older brothers “who can’t wait to meet her.”
