A man accused of attacking a woman in Wilton Manors is facing new charges
Wilton Manors, Florida – On Sunday a judge in Broward County increased the charges against Phillip Siegel to attempted murder.
The incident happened on May 1 at Wilton House on Andrew Avenue in Wilton Manors when the victim, Maria Krasnova, was asked by her neighbor, Siegel and his roommate to help them move furniture, according to police.
Later, at their home she was struck, unprovoked, and attacked by metal bar.
Krasnova run to her apartment for safety and Siegel also allegedly attacked Krasnova’s boyfriend, who confronted Siegel about the incident.
