Coral Springs Police take former Bank of America employee into custody for video voyeurism

Coral Springs, Florida – A 47-year-old former employee of Bank of America has been arrested by Coral Springs police on a charge of video voyeurism.
Juan Hurtado, a resident of Coconut Creek, faces allegations of covertly setting up an imaging device to capture footage of a woman without her permission on November 8, as stated in an arrest warrant.
According to his LinkedIn profile, he served as a consultant and relationship manager at Bank of America in Coral Springs from 2022 to 2024.
A spokesperson for Bank of America confirmed on Sunday that he departed from the position shortly after November 8.
On November 21, Hurtado was apprehended in Margate and subsequently released after posting bail.
The police have not provided a comprehensive report outlining the specific locations where Hurtado is accused of placing the device.
According to court records, he was taken to Broward County Jail and subsequently released on bail.
