Coral Springs Spreading Holiday Cheer With Contest, Events

Coral Springs, Florida – Coral Springs is spreading cheer this holiday season, although a bit differently this year with Covid-19 in the community.
Here’s three upcoming events:
– Deck the Halls Contest
There is still time to submit festively decorated home in the annual Deck the Halls Holiday Home Decor Contest. Photos must be submitted by 4 p.m. on Dec. 10.
– CSPD Toy Drive
Help Coral Springs Police fill their SWAT vehicle with donated toys. On Dec. 12, from 12 to 2 p.m., stop by the Walmart at 6001 Coral Ridge Drive and drop off toys which will be distributed by police to underserved youth in Coral Springs.
– CSFD Santa Express
The Santa Express will be held Dec. 15 and 17, from 5- 9 p.m., without any stops.
The location routes will be provided so families can identify when Santa is coming to their neighborhoods or closest neighborhoods.
Santa will come:
Dec. 15: Coral Springs communities south of Wiles Road, east and west of University Drive.
Dec. 17: Coral Springs and Parkland communities north of Wiles Road, east and west of University Drive.
