The Coral Springs 2024 Excellence Awards honor local businesses
Coral Springs, Florida – The Coral Springs Office of Economic Development has revealed the winners of the 2024 Business Excellence Awards as part of Economic Development Week.
The event honored neighborhood businesses that have made major contributions to the city’s social and economic fabric.
“All of the businesses who received Business Excellence Awards this year have applied their skills and passions to contribute to the betterment of our community in unique and meaningful ways,” Director of Economic Development Kristi Bartlett said. “I am really proud of this year’s winners; they truly represent the best of Coral Springs.”
The Small Business Award, which honors regional companies with fewer than 50 employees, was given to Bright Pink Agency. This woman-owned marketing company was founded in 2008 by Madalina Iordache and supports a number of nonprofit organizations in addition to specializing in internet services for franchise businesses.
Event Services Group (ESG), a well-known event production company with close to 300 workers, received the Large Business Award. Ever since its establishment in 1988, ESG has been essential to the expansion and advancement of Coral Springs Corporate Park.
The Legacy Award went to Darby’s Florist, a mainstay of Coral Springs since 1975. This mother-daughter-run florist is well-known for its dedication to client pleasure and catchphrase, “Delivering Smiles Every Day.”
YOUniversal Yoga received the Sustainability Award in recognition of its commitment to environmentally responsible methods. The yoga studio has been using eco-friendly products and supporting international eco-conscious projects since its opening in 2018.
The most recent addition to Coral Springs, Genesis Counseling, was selected as the Company to Watch. Since its founding in 2022, Jennifer Bishop’s practice has grown quickly, emphasizing inclusion and mental wellness.
The restaurant Hellenic Republic, which is well-known for its meals and charitable giving, was given the Heart of the Community Award. Along with other community service projects, they fed approximately 2,500 free meals to people in need throughout the pandemic.
The Commissioner’s Award went to Friends & Family Spinal Care in recognition of their noteworthy influence on community wellness and their support of regional events and organizations.
