Coral Springs, Florida – Whit’s Frozen Custard is set to debut, adding a little sweetness to The Walk at Coral Springs.
The newest Whit’s store in Coral Springs is scheduled to open in March, making it the chain’s 24th Florida location overall. The closest Whit’s is currently situated at 3551 North Federal Highway in Boca Raton.
Whit’s Frozen Custard was established in 2023 and has been a mainstay of the frozen street for almost 20 years. Whit’s is well-known for its smooth, soft-serve frozen custard. Classic varieties like chocolate and vanilla are also available, along with a weekly variety lineup that changes frequently to keep patrons intrigued and coming back.
For those who would prefer to enjoy Whit’s at home, the menu offers a wide variety of options, ranging from classic cones and banana splits to sundaes, floats, pints, and quarts of custard.
Whit’s is well renowned for its customization options, which let patrons choose from a variety of fruits, syrups, candies, nuts, and other mix-ins to create the dessert of their dreams.
Whit’s also has custard cakes, chocolate-covered bananas, and their famous Whitties—custard between two cookies—for those looking for something unusual.
But Whit’s is more than just candy. In addition, the shop offers hearty fare such as pulled pork barbecue sandwiches, hot dogs, and, in the winter, soup of the day and chili.
Gillian Johnson, Head of Marketing at Amera Corp, shared her excitement about the new location and what it brings to The Walk, telling Coral Springs Talk, “Whit’s Frozen Custard offers a synergistic mix to The Walk, complementing the existing restaurants and businesses.”
Johnson continues by saying that Whit is a wonderful match for the existing surroundings.
“Customers can pop in for a frozen treat after dining at one of the many restaurants or after getting their hair or nails done. Whit’s will create real energy on the north side of The Walk, providing a wonderful family-oriented experience for our Coral Springs residents and visitors.”
