City Commission of Coral Springs announced a Month of Art Festival, an Egg Hunt, and Heritage Celebrations

Coral Springs, Florida – There are tons of unique events, things to do, and chances for the community to gather together and celebrate all the wonderful things that make Coral Springs unique.
The annual Coral Springs Festival of the Arts, which will take place at The Walk on Saturday, March 16, and Sunday, March 17, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., is being sponsored by the city and is thrilled to be returning. A professional, juried art show featuring hundreds of talented craftspeople and artists will be part of the event. Visit csfoa.org for further details, including parking availability.
On Saturday, March 23, the well-liked Hoppin’ Into Springs egg hunt returns to the city. Ages 3 to 8 who live in Coral Springs are eligible to attend, and registration in advance is needed.
This month’s other events are Game Night at the Den on Thursday, March 28, Juice Box Jam on Thursday, March 21, and Open Play Chess on Wednesday, March 6. CoralSprings.gov/activities has details on all of the city’s activities.
We encourage you to participate in our year-long “Taste the Heritage” campaign in March as we celebrate Irish American Heritage Month. We’ll be embarking on a gastronomic adventure to discover the rich customs, tastes, and histories associated with Irish cuisine during the entire month. Ensure that you subscribe to the city’s YouTube channel.
And lastly, Women’s History Month is in March. a moment to recognize and celebrate the incredible accomplishments, resilience, and contributions made by women throughout history. The range and strength of women’s experiences, as well as the ongoing influence they have on our communities and the motivation of future generations to pursue gender equality and empowerment, are all reasons to be grateful for this month.
The Commission Meeting for this month will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6 and Wednesday, March 20. Meetings of the Commission are open to the public as usual. CityTV, Blue Stream Channels 25, 25.7, 725, and AT&T U-Verse channel 99 all broadcast the meetings.
