Dead woman found in Coral Springs Canal

Coral Springs, Florida – According to authorities, a woman was found dead in a Coral Springs canal Thursday.
Sgt. Francis Capre says, Around 2:18 p.m. Coral Springs Police responded to the area of the 1300 block of University Drive in reference to the adult female found dead in the water.
“The case is still under investigation; however, there is no danger to the public, and we are not looking for any suspects,” Capre said.
Police ask anyone with additional information to call detectives at 954-346-1223.
