New 204 apartments complex planned in Coral Springs

Coral Spring, Florida– New complex with 204 apartments planned for undeveloped property alongside Coral Square Mall.
The new planned complex, Metropolitan at Coral Square complex would be built on a vacant 4.6-acre piece of land on the northeast corner of the mall on Ramblewood Drive.
The luxury 204-units complex would have eight floors with “indoor and outdoor amenities and surround by green areas, according to plans submitted to Coral Springs.
According to the South Florida Business Journal, it would be built by Boca Raton-based Ascend Properties.
The project would mirror a national trend of residential complexes being built next to malls to encourage more visitors to stores.
At this time it’s not clear when construction on the new apartment complex is expected to start.
