CORAL SPRINGS, FL – Starting Monday, construction will begin on a traffic light upgrade at a major intersection in Coral Springs.
The light at Wiles Road and Coral Springs Drive will be converted from an existing span wire to a mast arm, according to the City of Coral Springs.
What impact the construction will have on traffic isn’t clear.
The project, which will go until August, will also include mill and re-surface asphalt pavement improvements at the intersection as well as upgrades to pedestrian ramps, signage, and pavement markings.
The contractor on the Broward County project is FG Construction, LLC.
The cost of the project wasn’t available.
