Levy represents JPT in the golf match between Coral Glades and Coral Springs Charter

Coral Spring, Florida – The boys’ and girls’ golf teams from Coral Glades, Coral Springs Charter, and J.P. Taravella were in action on Tuesday following many rain-related postponements earlier in the season.

In their match against Coral Springs Charter, Noah Rosen led the Coral Glades boys team with a 40. Carter Brooks finished one shot behind with a 41, while Bradley and Sebastian Ortiz both shot 42. Brooks was two under par after eight holes in his opening match. Justin Laing, who shot a 45, was the fifth golfer from Coral Galdes to compete.

At Coral Springs Charter, Jordan Herman’s lowest score was 44, while Brandon Moll and Edward Canard both scored 48.

Bianna Gibbs led the Coral Glades girls golf squad with a 37, while Shannon Glynn had a 42. This year, Gibbs had previously scored 35 versus Piper and Marjory Stoneman Douglas, while Lynn had previously scored 38. During their encounter at The Bridges at Springtree, Glynn shot 29 (-1) and Glynn scored 33 (+3).

Jordan Herman of Coral Springs Charter had the lowest total in their match, scoring 44, while Brandon Moll and Edward Canard both shot 48. Natalie Conte led the Panthers’ four competitors with a 47. Brielle Collins and Isabella Goodman were also in the competition, and Leah Costa ended one shot behind.

At Coral Springs High School on Thursday, September 12, Coral Glades and Coral Springs Charter will play again. At Colony West Golf Club, J.P. Taravella sent one boy from the boys squad to compete, and he scored a 49.
