New real estate brokerage firm opened in Coral Springs

Coral Springs, Florida – Melissa Donnahoe held a grand opening ceremony Tuesday for Royal Empire Realty at 2425 N. University Drive, suite 2421.
“As a long-standing resident, Realtor, and investor in Coral Springs, I am thrilled to be opening my own brokerage where I work, live, and play,” said Donnahoe, the firm’s managing broker and owner, in a statement. “We help investors leverage their time and money through our experience, education, online resources, and our team of professionals.”
A ribbon-cutting ceremony included members of the Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Among the dozens of attendance were Coral Springs Mayor Scott Brook and Commissioner Joy Carter.
According to Donnahoe, who is born and raised in South Florida, she has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions, representing buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants in both residential and commercial real estate.
She also has been a part of the Chamber, Women’s National Chamber of Commerce, and National Women’s Council of Realtors. In addition, she sits on the Florida Real Estate Commercial Alliance Committee and the director’s board.
Donnahoe explained Royal Empire Realty works with investors to find, analyze, manage and sell multi-family properties across Florida.
Donnahoe’s new firm’s motto: “We help investors build their empire one property at a time.”
